Helping individuals and businesses grow

We work professionally with many businesses, including self-employed consultants and SMEs. We handle all aspects of their financial and tax affairs, drawing on a network of expertise. Many of our clients are family run SMEs, and we are well aware of the issues they face so we are passionate about providing a wealth of experience and solutions. We also look after many trusts and individuals, taking care of their financial and tax affairs and planning.

Additionally, we offer legal services such as obtaining Lasting Powers of Attorney, will review, along with Inheritance Tax planning. We are licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to do non-contentious probate work.

Our Services

In recent years we have worked with a lot of construction and contracting businesses and we are well aware of the special challenges they face. These include the commercial aspects of growing and developing a business, as well as cash flow, project profitability and GP, unpredictable income and seasonality of revenue. We also consider cyclical trends like boom and bust, staffing issues, and dealing with main contractors and HMRC.
